We started Wheelyst in 2026 because we couldn't find a single product that solved the most basic problem of owning a car. Being reachable without giving away your phone number. So we built one. A QR code on your windshield. Someone scans it, you get a message. No names exchanged, no numbers shared. But once we solved that, we kept going. Why are drivers still juggling four different parking apps? Why does nobody know what their car actually costs them per month? Why is there no fleet tool for small taxi firms that doesn't cost thousands? So Wheelyst grew. Fuel prices. Parking payments. EV charging. Emergency contacts. Family dashboards. Fleet management. All under one roof. The QR code got us started. The platform is where we're headed. We're building in the UK. We're not stopping here.
Our Story
We Didn't Build a Sticker. We Built What Comes After the Scan.
Wheelyst started in 2025 with three founders across the UK and Pakistan who kept running into the same problem from different angles. A van blocking a driveway with no way to reach the driver. A friend's dog that went missing for two days because the collar tag had an old phone number. A parking fine that could have been avoided with a 30 second message. The solution seemed obvious. Put a QR code on the vehicle. Let anyone scan it. Connect them to the owner without exposing a single piece of personal information. But the more we spoke to drivers, fleet operators, and pet owners, the more we realised that contact was just the starting point. People needed one place to manage fuel costs, parking payments, EV charging, emergency information, and family vehicles. Not five apps. One. So that's what we're building. Wheelyst is currently in development with a UK launch planned for 2026. The QR code is the door. The platform is the house.

Mobile App Developer
Building cross platform mobile applications using modern frameworks such as React Native or Flutter. Experience with App Store and Play Store submissions required.
UI/UX Designer
Designing clean, intuitive interfaces for web and mobile. Proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio of dark themed or SaaS product work preferred.
Marketing Coordinator
Managing social media content, ad campaigns, and community growth across UK audiences. Experience in startup or consumer tech marketing is a plus.
Backend Developer
Building and maintaining RESTful APIs, database architecture, and server infrastructure. Experience with Node.js or Python and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
Content Writer
Writing product copy, blog posts, and SEO content for a mobility and technology platform. Clear, concise writing style with an understanding of UK audiences.
QA / Test Engineer
Manual and automated testing across web and mobile platforms. Writing test cases, bug reporting, and working closely with developers to ship stable releases.
